Pre-Shave | Close Shave Oil forms a thin, layer between skin and blade. The composition cushions without weight, helping to reduce drag and irritation during close or frequent shaving.

Balanced oils absorb cleanly while supporting skin comfort, making this oil especially well suited to high-exposure areas such as the head, neck, and jawline. Use beneath shaving soap for added ease, or alone for a clean, minimalist shave.

Crafted entirely from organic ingredients and free from synthetic fragrance, this formulation is biodegradable, cruelty-free, and made in small batches in Otago.

Application

Apply to damp skin before shaving.

• With shaving soap: Massage 3–5 drops into the skin, wait approx 1 minute, then build lather over the top.

• As a close shave oil: Apply 5-8 drops and shave with slow, steady strokes.

For particularly sensitive skin or scalp shaving, begin with fewer drops and allow glide to guide the shave.

Presented in a reusable stainless steel vessel designed for longevity and daily use.
Refills are available, allowing the oil to be replenished without replacing the vessel — a considered, lower-waste approach to everyday care.
